Mrs. Eftychia Constantinou is a graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University of the United Kingdom (LLB Bachelor Degree) and holder of the Masters’ degree (LLM) having undertaken the courses of European Union Consumer Law, International Carriage of Goods by Sea, Human Rights Law an International Sale of Goods. Mrs. Constantinou is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2013. While actively engaging in the field of Corporate and Administrative Services since 2015 she has gained an extensive experience on company formation in Cyprus and abroad, day to day administration of companies, drafting of various commercial agreement, enrollment in the due diligence and other compliance requirements related to client onboarding and periodic reviews of client information, as well as in winding up of companies in Cyprus and assisting in the dissolution of foreign companies. Following further her continuous involvement and dedication in the real estate field, Mrs. Constantinou has managed together with excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate and successfully complete numerous high value property transactions in Cyprus while providing legal assistance throughout each transaction and departmental procedures. Her experience further evolves around extensive assistance in various Interim Receivership Court Cases, tracing, preservation and protection of assets located in Russia, engaging numerous Russian Law Firms and overall coordination of actions under the instructions of the Interim Receiver for Court reporting related obligations.
